Levelator Note :: We Love Great Customer Service

Had a nice note from Bruce Sharpe regarding an earlier post on Levelator and its java-based audio levels adjustments machine.

Sorry to hear you didn't get the results you wanted from The Levelator. We're working on a new version which (among other things) greatly improves the "breathing" issue that you mention.

Would you be able to provide me with the audio file you used, pre-Levelator and pre-MP3 encoding? I can test it and see if the new version is indeed better. Samples like this have been a great help in improving the algorithm.

Now that's customer service. Bruce must have seen the link back to Levelator and made the time to make contact. Sweet. Thanks, Bruce. Can't wait to test the new version of Levelator.
